Congratulations to Archie who represented our school at the Zone Multicultural Public Speaking competition earlier this week and won 1st place! Archie performed his incredible speech ‘Colour Blindness’ and wowed the judges with his wonderful speaking skills. Well done!

Speak Off!
Congratulations to Edie, Coco and Oliver who will be representing our class at the Stage 3 Speak Off event this Wednesday. Parents and families are welcome to come along and show their support, beginning at 9.20am.

Congratulations to Celeste who did an amazing job representing our school in the Multicultural Public Speaking competition last week. Celeste won the local final and has earned a place in the regional finals next term! Well done, Celeste, we are all so proud of you!
Speak Off!
Congratulations to all of our amazing public speakers who took part in the Speak Off competition this morning. It was a tough decision as there were so many fantastic speakers, however, Ember and Georgie were the overall winners. The girls will represent our school at Zone next term. Well done, everyone!

Zone Public Speaking
Congratulations to the amazing Ember, who was announced as the winner of the Zone Public Speaking event! Ember wowed the audience with her entertaining speech about the art of sassing. Ember will present her speech for us at our assembly next week, so please come along. We wish Ember all the best for when she represents our school at Regionals later this term.
Speak Off!
Congratulations to Olivia and Ember, who were the winners of our Stage 3 Speak Off yesterday. It was a very tough competition with so many wonderful speakers. Well done also to Vincent and Sia, who represented our class and did a terrific job. Olivia and Ember will now represent our school at a variety of public speaking competitions later this year with Mrs Derricott.

Well done to our students who took part in the Speak Off today. Congratulations to Jonte who placed 1st and Vincent who place 2nd. It was a very close competition with all speakers doing a marvellous job. Thank you to all the families and friends who came along to watch. Speak Off
Well done to all of our students who presented a speech last week on a person or event that changed the world. It was great to see a wide variety of topics, from chocolate to Charles Darwin, vaccination to touch screens and dinosaur destruction! The content, multimedia presentations and speaking skills were fantastic! Public speaking is tricky – so well done to everyone for conquering their nerves and having a go!
Our Stage 2 and 3 Speak Off takes place tomorrow morning beginning at 9.20am in the upper hall. Congratulations to Vincent, Sia, Sarah and Dan who were voted as the best speakers to represent our class in tomorrow’s competition. Family and friends are invited to come and watch. Looking forward to a great morning of speeches!
