This term we’ve been learning how to use tightening tension in our writing to keep the reader on the edge of their seat. We watched this fantastic example from BBC Earth and students created their own piece of writing to describe it. Have a read of them in the clip below.

PJ Day!
Thank you to everyone who supported our PJ day for Camp Quality today. We raised over $480. Great effort!
Storybird Sharing
Students in 5W, 5/6A OC, and 6B have been working on an imaginative writing task this term. Using the Storybird website, students have created beautiful narratives with Storybird artworks to share with younger readers in their buddy classes and the library. Today, we had a sharing session where students read each other’s books, which was perfect for pyjama day! Keep an eye out on our class blogs over the next few days to read digital copies of the narratives.
